Rice Pilaf
A simple, savory rice pilaf that's light, fluffy, and full of flavor . It's the perfect base or side dish and works as a swap for white rice in stir-fries, bowls, and weeknight meals. Serves 4-6 Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 Tablespoon butter 2 cups Jasmine rice 2½ cups water 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan or caldero, melt the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
