These Dubai-inspired strawberries are a quick, indulgent treat made with fresh berries and a rich crunchy topping. Instead of traditional kataifi, this recipe uses frosted shredded wheat for an easier, more affordable swap that delivers the same crispy texture. Finished with creamy chocolate and chopped pistachios, it's a simple way to enjoy a luxurious dessert at home.
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup pistachio cream or nut butter
3-4 pieces Frosted Shredded Wheat cereal, crushed
¼ cup dark chocolate
1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, heat the pistachio cream in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until softened to a drizzle consistency. Mix in the frosted shredded wheat and set aside.
2. Heat the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted; set aside.
3. Grab a drinking glass and drizzle chocolate along the sides, then place a third of the pistachio mixture at the bottom of the glass.

4. Layer half of the strawberries on top, followed by half of the remaining chocolate and half of the chopped pistachios. Repeat the layers and enjoy!
