This healthier 3-ingredient snack is ideal for storing in the freezer! Fresh banana slices are drizzled with peanut butter and dark chocolate, then frozen and broken into bite-sized pieces.
Makes 35-40 banana bites

Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
¼ cup dark chocolate melting wafers
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bananas in a single layer.

2. Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe container and heat it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted. Pour it into a plastic sandwich bag, cut a small hole in one corner, and drizzle the peanut butter over the bananas.

3. Melt the dark chocolate by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until all the wafers are fully melted and smooth, stirring after each interval. Pour the chocolate into a plastic sandwich bag, cut a corner of the bag, and drizzle it over the peanut butter.

4. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy! Keep any remaining bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
