Turkey Meatballs

Juicy and flavorful baked turkey meatballs that the entire family will enjoy. Perfect for serving with your choice of sauce and pasta, or simply on their own.
Makes 25-30 meatballs

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
½ cup grated parmesan
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sofrito
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Shape the mixture into 25-30 small balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet (I used a small scoop of 1½ tablespoons and didn't need to roll them).
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Mix into your favorite sauce, or enjoy them on its own. Enjoy!
