Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Try these fun, no-bake protein bars packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with colorful sprinkles for a guilt-free treat.
Makes 8 bars

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter or nut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla Orgain Plant-Based Protein Powder
1 cup oat flour
2 Tablespoons sprinkles
3-4 Tablespoons milk (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bow until smooth.
2. Add in oat flour and protein powder; mix until it forms a thick dough.
3. Optionally, add in milk a tablespoon at a time, if the batter is too dry.
4. Place the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a spoon to press the dough into an even layer. Add the sprinkles on top, pressing them down gently.

5. Freeze for 1 hour.
6. Take out from the freezer and slice into 8 bars. Store any remaining pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
