Graham Cracker Toffee

Simple 5-ingredient toffee bars packed with caramel, pecans, and chocolate! If you're a fan of turtle candy bars, you'll adore these. Impress your guests with this delicious treat, ideal for the holiday season.

Makes 48 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 12 full size graham crackers

  • 1 cup salted butter

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Break graham crackers into fourths. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with crackers. Melt butter and sugar in a pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, then remove immediately and pour over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts.

2. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Move the graham crackers to parchment paper or a silicone mat one by one to avoid them sticking to one another.

3. Melt the chocolate by microwaving it in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted. Spoon the chocolate over each cracker and let it set. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
