Ghost Pretzels

Enjoy the delightful combination of sweet and salty with white chocolate pretzel ghosts, ideal for Halloween treats or spooky snacks! These frightfully fun ghosts are made with crunchy pretzels, smooth white chocolate, and eyeball sprinkles.
Makes 64 ghosts

Ingredients:
64 mini pretzels
10 oz. white chocolate melting wafers
eyeball sprinkles
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchement paper; set aside. Melt white chocolate by microwaving for 30 second intervals, until all the wafers are melted and smooth; stirring after each interval.

2. Submerge each pretzel individually into the chocolate. Use a fork to lift the pretzel and shake off excess chocolate from the bottom hole, making it resemble an open mouth (I find it easier to lift the pretzel by the bottom hole). Place the coated pretzel on the prepared cookie sheet and add an eye candy to each of the top pretzel holes. Repeat with the remaining pretzels.

3. Allow the chocolate to set. Store in a air-tight container until ready to serve, up to a week. Enjoy! 👻
