Sautéed Zucchini and Mushrooms

A quick and healthy side dish for any meal!

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon butter
3-4 mushrooms, sliced
2 zucchini, halved and sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Badia Complete Seasoning
dash of black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and mushrooms and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Stir in the zucchini, garlic salt, Badia complete seasoning, and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 until one side of the zucchini begins to brown. Stir, and let the other side cook for another 3-5 unites until the vegetables become tender.
3. Add additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately.
OPTIONAL: For more flavor, sprinkle parmesan and chopped parsley on top before serving.
