This tasty and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal or to impress guests. The chicken legs are covered in a Korean-inspired sweet and spicy sauce and can be served with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken legs, skin removed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon sriracha sauce
1½ Tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Combine chicken legs, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix chicken legs until coated and arrange on the baking sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165ºF, about 45 to 50 minutes. Make sure to flip the chicken halfway through.
4. Combine honey, butter, sriracha sauce (use less if you don't want it too spicy), and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir until butter is melted and sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.
5. Pour sauce over chicken and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. OPTIONAL: You can broil the coated chicken for a few minutes to give the meat more color.
Enjoy!

Great flavor!
