Pineapple Stuffing

This baked pineapple stuffing offers a delightful variation on the traditional Holiday side dish. It blends the sweet, tropical taste of pineapple with savory elements like butter, sugar, eggs, and bread, creating a dish that is both tasty and distinctive.
Serves 6

Ingredients:
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup salted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed into 1" pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 8x8 baking dish.
2. Cream the butter, sugar, and salt until soft and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add in the pineapple and bread cubes and toss to combine.
3. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
